Our Milford office is conveniently located in the Westfall Professional Plaza on Route 6 & 209, just 2.6 miles south of the Best Western in Matamoras, PA, and 3.2 miles from Interstate 84 off ramp.
From Middletown & Surrounding Area's:
• Take Interstate 84 West; get off exit 53 Matamoras (first exit after crossing the Delaware River).
• Make a LEFT onto Route 6 & 209 South
• You will pass the Best Western Hotel, K-Mart Plaza, Wal-Mart, Delaware Valley School complex and finally Kittatinny Canoes on your LEFT hand side.
• The Westfall Professional Plaza is located just past Kittatinny Canoes on your left hand side at the top of the hill.
• Our office is located at the rear entrance of the Westfall Professional Plaza in the basement level. As you enter the rear doors our office is on your LEFT hand side.

• Our Middletown office is located at 75 Crystal Run Road in Suite 120.
• Take Interstate 84 to exit 4E which will place you on Route 17.
• From here you will take the very first exit, which is exit number 122 directly off of Route 17.
• Off of the exit ramp stay to the right, and at the stop light make a right hand turn.
• Stay in the left lane, and just past the State Police Troop F building you will see the Horton Medical Pavilion on your left hand side.
• Make a left into the pavilion, and head to the rear of the building.
• Enter the rear of the building through the sliding glass doors directly underneath the maroon awning.
• Take the elevator to the first (1st) floor and once off the elevator take a right.
• Enter Suite 120 on the left side of the hallway, directly across from the Women's Health reception area.
